Towards Care for All

Consultations How can we improve health services for Franco-queer people? By working closely with a research team, an advisory committee, and a working group composed of health partners, we are planning four major steps to foster inclusion on the ground.

The four phases are:

Case study aimed at examining key interactions between members of our community and their healthcare providers across four priority areas: primary care, mental health and addiction care, home care, and palliative and end-of-life care.

Consultations with managers and healthcare providers to better understand their realities on the ground as well as key issues regarding the delivery of inclusive services for the Franco-queer community.

Updating the Bien dans notre peau diagnostic tool and disseminating the model at the provincial and national levels to encourage support for other queer and Franco-queer communities across Canada.
